Is this bedspread heavier than other microfiber ones?

• The Jacquard fabric has much more body and presence. It is not a “thin” bedspread that moves around; it is a garment with an elegant drape that makes the bed look well-dressed and wrinkle-free.

What does it mean for the design to be reversible in Jacquard?

• It's the best thing about this technique. Since the design is created by weaving the thread, when you turn it over, you will see the same design but with inverted colors. It's like having two luxury bedspreads in one. If one day you want a more intense shade and another a softer one, you just have to turn it over.

Is a bedspread with a raised design difficult to wash?

• Not at all. Although it may seem like a delicate piece due to its beauty, Don Algodón's Jacquard is very forgiving. It maintains its structure and the raised design wash after wash without losing definition. It's a long-term investment.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of return. For this process to be carried out effectively, the following conditions are established:

Product and packaging condition

For a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Essential requirement: The item must retain its original packaging, labels, and intact accessories. Depreciation: In the event that the product is returned without its original packaging or shows signs of handling beyond the mere verification of its good condition and functioning, the item will suffer a depreciation in its value. Refusal of return: The company reserves the right to refuse a return in cases where the product shows significant damage, lacks fundamental parts, or is in a state that prevents it from being sold as a new item.

Management and processing fees

The user is informed that, as a concept of operational and administrative management expenses for the return, a fixed amount of €2 (two euros) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Refund procedure

Once the merchandise has been received at our facilities and after verifying that it complies with the conditions described above, the corresponding amount (minus the aforementioned €2) will be credited using the same payment method used in the initial purchase. The time it takes for the credit to be reflected will depend on the customer's banking institution. This policy is drafted under the consumer protection legislation, reminding that the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
