  • The satin effect aims to recreate the luxurious aesthetic and sheen of satin, but on a base that offers greater durability and ease of washing. It's ideal because you get the same sophisticated appearance with much simpler everyday maintenance.

Does it stick to the body in the heat?

  • No, the satin finish actually helps the garment glide over the skin. Being a camisole and shorts set, air circulation is constant, keeping you cool even on the hottest nights.

How should I wash it to maintain its shine?

  • Although it is more resistant than pure satin, we recommend washing it inside out at a maximum of 30ºC. A trick to maintain that characteristic shine is to avoid excessive use of fabric softener and, of course, not to use a dryer, letting it air dry on a hanger.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

Product and packaging condition

For a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Essential requirement: The item must retain its original packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Depreciation: If the product is returned without its original packaging or shows signs of handling beyond mere verification of its good condition and functioning, the item will suffer a depreciation in its value. Refusal of return: The company reserves the right to refuse a return in cases where the product shows significant damage, missing essential parts, or a condition that prevents its sale as a new item.

Management and processing fees

The user is informed that, for operational and administrative return management costs, a fixed amount of €2 (two euros) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Refund procedure

Once the merchandise is received at our facilities and after verifying that it complies with the conditions described above, the corresponding amount (minus the aforementioned €2) will be credited using the same payment method used in the initial purchase. The time it takes for the credit to appear will depend on the customer's banking institution. This policy is drafted under consumer protection legislation, reminding that the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
