Returns and Refunds
At Don Algodón, we want to ensure your purchase is 100% satisfactory. Therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy from receipt of your order, provided the product is in perfect condition, unused, and has its original tags attached.
Deadline for returns
The standard return acceptance period is 30 calendar days from order confirmation.
On special dates such as Christmas, Black Friday, and other special promotions, the return period may be extended. These special periods will be announced in advance, and the exact dates on which extended returns will be accepted for these campaigns will be clearly indicated.
Purchases made under promotions with special conditions expressly indicated at the time of purchase are excluded from returns.
Conditions for returns
Products must be unused, in perfect condition, and with original tags and packaging.
We reserve the right to reject returns that are not in perfect condition or that show obvious signs of use or alteration.
Cost of return
All returns processed through our collection service have a fixed cost of €6.85, which corresponds to the shipping and handling costs associated with the process.
If the customer decides to send the return using their own means, no additional handling fees will apply; they will be solely responsible for the cost of shipping.
The amount of €6.85 will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the reason for the return is an error on our part or a product defect.
Shipping and responsibility
In the case of return shipments, Don Algodón is not responsible for any loss, misplacement, or damage that may occur during transportation from the customer to our facilities.
The responsibility and risk of the return will be fully assumed by the customer until we properly receive the product.
How to make a return
Contact our customer service team to process your return and, if desired, obtain a shipping label.
Prepare the package with the product to be returned, including all documentation and original packaging.
Send the package to the address we'll provide, or use the pickup service if you've requested a label.
Refunds
Once the product has been received and verified, we will issue a refund via a gift card valid for one year.
The refund will be issued within a maximum of 15 calendar days from receipt of the product.
The gift card amount will be the value of the product, less, if applicable, the cost of return.
