Will the yellow color fade with the frequent washing that baby clothes require?

• Our dyes for the cotton line are highly resistant and are designed to withstand the washing frequency of baby clothes. If you follow the cold wash instructions, the yellow will maintain its brightness like the first day.

Is the closure at the bottom comfortable for a baby who is starting to crawl or move a lot?

• Absolutely, the snaps are strategically placed so they don't interfere with crawling or rub against their legs. They are flat and secure, perfectly holding up to an active baby's adventures.

Is the cotton very thin?

• It's a cotton with just the right weight: light enough to be cool, but with the necessary body for the garment to maintain its shape and not be see-through. It has a great and resistant feel.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, customers have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of return. For this process to be carried out effectively, the following conditions are established:

Product and packaging condition

For a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Essential requirement: The item must retain its original packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Depreciation: If the product is returned without its original packaging or shows signs of handling beyond mere verification of its good condition and functioning, the item will suffer a depreciation in its value. Refusal of return: The company reserves the right to refuse a return in cases where the product shows significant damage, missing essential parts, or a condition that prevents its sale as a new item.

Management and processing fees

The user is informed that, for operational and administrative return management costs, a fixed amount of €2 (two euros) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Refund procedure

Once the merchandise is received at our facilities and after verifying that it complies with the conditions described above, the corresponding amount (minus the aforementioned €2) will be credited using the same payment method used in the initial purchase. The time it takes for the credit to appear will depend on the customer's banking institution. This policy is drafted under consumer protection legislation, reminding that the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
