This complete bathroom pack has been configured to offer a total comfort experience. While the Zero Twist bathrobe and towel envelop you in a caress of pure, untwisted cotton, the bath mat provides a firm, secure, and soft base for your feet.

Zero Twist Bathrobe

By not twisting the cotton fibers, air chambers are created that increase fluffiness and allow for faster absorption than traditional terrycloth.

It offers an extremely lightweight feel with great volume, being soft from the first touch, ideal for sensitive skin.

Includes an adjustable belt, large side pockets, and a cowl neck designed to provide warmth and comfort.

Zero Twist Towel

Thanks to Zero Twist technology, the towel absorbs water on contact, without the need to rub, and dries faster after use.

It maintains its fluffy appearance wash after wash, without losing the feeling of new softness.

Ribs Bath Mat

Its embossed design is not only aesthetic, but also gently massages the sole of the foot and helps to channel moisture.

Made with a higher grammage, it guarantees stability and security, offering a comfortable and non-slip exit from the shower.

What exactly does “Zero Twist” mean?

  • It is a technique where the cotton fibers are kept open instead of twisted. The result is a garment with much more volume but less weight, which absorbs water like a sponge and is incredibly soft to the touch.

How should I wash this pack so it doesn't lose its fluffiness?

  • The secret is not to use fabric softener (or to use very little), as this creates a layer that waterproofs the fiber and reduces absorption. Wash at 40ºC and, if possible, tumble dry.

Is the Ribs mat suitable for underfloor heating?

  • Yes, as it has some grammage, it allows heat to transpire without damage, keeping your feet warm and the floor dry.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of return. For this process to be carried out effectively, the following conditions are established:

Product and packaging condition

For a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Essential requirement: The item must retain its original packaging, labels, and intact accessories. Depreciation: In the event that the product is returned without its original packaging or shows signs of handling beyond the mere verification of its good condition and functioning, the item will suffer a depreciation in its value. Refusal of return: The company reserves the right to refuse a return in cases where the product shows significant damage, lacks fundamental parts, or is in a state that prevents it from being sold as a new item.

Management and processing fees

Users are informed that a fixed amount of €2 (two euros) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded, in concept of operational and administrative management costs of the return.

Refund procedure

Once the merchandise is received at our facilities and after verifying that it complies with the conditions described above, the corresponding amount (minus the aforementioned €2) will be credited using the same payment method used in the initial purchase. The period for the credit to be reflected will depend on the customer's bank. This policy is drafted under the consumer protection legislation, reminding that the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
