How should I wash the tablecloth so the design doesn't wear out?

Digital printing is highly resistant, but we always recommend washing on a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30ºC and without using bleach or harsh detergents. Washing them inside out also helps protect the intensity of the print for longer.

Does it wrinkle a lot since it's cotton?

Cotton is a natural fabric and, therefore, has that characteristic tendency to wrinkle which gives it an organic and authentic look. If you're looking for an impeccable finish, ironing it while slightly damp makes the process very easy and the result looks professional.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of return. For this process to be carried out effectively, the following conditions are established:

Product and packaging condition

For a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Essential requirement: The item must retain its original packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Depreciation: If the product is returned without its original packaging or shows signs of handling beyond the mere verification of its good condition and functioning, the item will suffer a depreciation in its value. Refusal of return: The company reserves the right to refuse a return in cases where the product shows significant damage, lacks fundamental parts, or is in a condition that prevents its sale as a new item.

Management and processing fees

The user is informed that, for operational and administrative management costs of the return, a fixed amount of €2 (two euros) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Refund procedure

Once the merchandise is received at our facilities and after verifying that it complies with the conditions described above, the corresponding amount (minus the aforementioned €2) will be credited using the same payment method used in the initial purchase. The time it takes for the credit to appear will depend on the customer's banking institution. This policy is drafted under the consumer protection legislation, reminding that the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
