Política de devoluciones y derecho de desistimiento

De acuerdo con la normativa vigente, el cliente dispone de un plazo de 30 días naturales desde la recepción del producto para ejercer su derecho de devolución. Para que este proceso se lleve a cabo de forma efectiva, se establecen las siguientes condiciones:

Estado del producto y embalaje

Para que el reembolso sea íntegro, el producto debe devolverse en las mismas condiciones en que fue entregado. Requisito indispensable: El artículo debe conservar su embalaje original, etiquetas y accesorios intactos. Depreciación: En caso de que el producto sea devuelto sin su embalaje original o presente signos de manipulación más allá de la mera comprobación de su buen estado y funcionamiento, el bien sufrirá una depreciación de su valor. Rechazo de devolución: La empresa se reserva el derecho de rechazar la devolución en aquellos casos donde el producto presente daños significativos, falta de piezas fundamentales o un estado que impida su puesta a la venta como artículo nuevo.

Gastos de gestión y tramitación

Se informa al usuario de que, en concepto de gastos operativos y de gestión administrativa de la devolución, se procederá a descontar la cantidad fija de 2 € (dos euros) del importe total a reembolsar.

Procedimiento de reembolso

Una vez recibida la mercancía en nuestras instalaciones y tras verificar que cumple con las condiciones arriba descritas, se procederá al abono del importe correspondiente (restando los 2 € mencionados) mediante el mismo método de pago utilizado en la compra inicial. El plazo para ver reflejado el ingreso dependerá de la entidad bancaria del cliente. Esta política se redacta al amparo de la legislación de defensa de los consumidores, recordando que el consumidor es responsable de la disminución de valor de los bienes resultante de una manipulación distinta a la necesaria para establecer la naturaleza, las características y el funcionamiento de los mismos.
