Is 150 thread count fabric very thin?

• It's a balanced weight fabric. It's the standard for freshness, neither excessively thin nor heavy, which ensures the sheet is durable enough for daily use, while also being very light and comfortable.

How should it be washed to protect the digital print?

• We recommend washing at 30ºC with neutral detergents. Washing items inside out helps preserve the vibrancy of the print for much longer and keeps the softness of the fibers intact.

Is the fabric soft from the first use?

• Yes, Don Algodón's 150 thread count cotton is pre-treated to offer a pleasant feel from the very first night. Additionally, with each wash, cotton tends to become a bit softer and cozier.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of return. For this process to be carried out effectively, the following conditions are established:

Product and packaging condition

For a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Essential requirement: The item must retain its original packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Depreciation: If the product is returned without its original packaging or shows signs of handling beyond the mere verification of its good condition and functioning, the item will suffer a depreciation in its value. Refusal of return: The company reserves the right to refuse a return in cases where the product shows significant damage, lacks fundamental parts, or is in a condition that prevents its sale as a new item.

Management and processing fees

The user is informed that, for operational and administrative management costs of the return, a fixed amount of €2 (two euros) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Refund procedure

Once the merchandise is received at our facilities and after verifying that it complies with the conditions described above, the corresponding amount (minus the aforementioned €2) will be credited using the same payment method used in the initial purchase. The time it takes for the credit to appear will depend on the customer's banking institution. This policy is drafted under the consumer protection legislation, reminding that the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
