How to measure?

1. Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits, keeping the tape measure horizontal and not too tight.

2. Waist or Hip (depending on the model)
Measure around the lowest part of the garment, usually at the waist or hip level, depending on the design. If it's a long sweatshirt or polo, measure the widest part.

The measurements provided for chest, waist, or hip are taken with the garment laid flat on a smooth surface. To get the total circumference, multiply the measurement by two.
