What does the “duo” include?

  • The term “duo” refers to the duvet cover and pillowcase(s) set. It is designed for you to insert your favorite duvet insert. Being made of bamboo, it will enhance the properties of any filling, especially if it is made of natural fibers.

Is there a noticeable difference compared to a cotton duvet cover?

  • Absolutely. The touch is much cooler on initial contact (ideal for summer) and much silkier. Additionally, cotton tends to absorb moisture and remain damp, while bamboo silk expels it, maintaining a superior feeling of hygiene.

Is it difficult to iron since it's such a fluid fabric?

  • Bamboo silk has a very heavy and elegant drape that causes most wrinkles to disappear on their own when the duvet cover is stretched over the bed. If you desire a perfect finish, a quick pass of steam at a low temperature is sufficient.

Does the antibacterial effect disappear with washing?

  • No, it is an intrinsic property of the bamboo fiber itself. Unlike other fabrics that have external chemical treatments, bamboo silk maintains its protective capacity throughout the life of the garment.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, customers have 30 calendar days from the receipt of the product to exercise their right of return. For this process to be carried out effectively, the following conditions are established:

Product and packaging condition

For a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Essential requirement: The item must retain its original packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Depreciation: If the product is returned without its original packaging or shows signs of handling beyond mere verification of its good condition and functioning, the item will suffer a depreciation in its value. Refusal of return: The company reserves the right to refuse a return in cases where the product shows significant damage, missing essential parts, or a condition that prevents its sale as a new item.

Management and processing fees

The user is informed that, for operational and administrative return management costs, a fixed amount of €2 (two euros) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Refund procedure

Once the merchandise is received at our facilities and after verifying that it complies with the conditions described above, the corresponding amount (minus the aforementioned €2) will be credited using the same payment method used in the initial purchase. The time it takes for the credit to appear will depend on the customer's banking institution. This policy is drafted under consumer protection legislation, reminding that the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
