¿Qué diferencia hay entre esta colcha de “hilo tintado” y una estampada normal?

  • En las estampadas, el dibujo va por encima. En la de hilo tintado, el color es parte de la propia estructura del tejido. Esto hace que el diseño tenga una profundidad y una elegancia que no se consiguen de otra forma. Además, los colores aguantan muchísimo mejor el paso del tiempo y los lavados.

¿Esta colcha es muy pesada?

  • Para nada. A pesar de su apariencia, es sorprendentemente ligera. Su relleno está diseñado precisamente para eso: que sientas que la cama está “vestida” y acogedora, pero con una libertad de movimiento total. Es perfecta para dormir del tirón.

¿Se arruga mucho al ser de microfibra?

  • Al ser microfibra de alta calidad, tiene una resistencia natural a las arrugas. La sacas de la lavadora, la dejas secar (que lo hace rapidísimo) y está lista para volver a la cama. Siempre luce bien.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of return. For this process to be carried out effectively, the following conditions are established:

Product and packaging condition

For a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Essential requirement: The item must retain its original packaging, labels, and intact accessories. Depreciation: In the event that the product is returned without its original packaging or shows signs of handling beyond the mere verification of its good condition and functioning, the item will suffer a depreciation in its value. Refusal of return: The company reserves the right to refuse a return in cases where the product shows significant damage, lacks fundamental parts, or is in a state that prevents it from being sold as a new item.

Management and processing fees

The user is informed that, as a concept of operational and administrative management expenses for the return, a fixed amount of €2 (two euros) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Refund procedure

Once the merchandise has been received at our facilities and after verifying that it complies with the conditions described above, the corresponding amount (minus the aforementioned €2) will be credited using the same payment method used in the initial purchase. The time it takes for the credit to be reflected will depend on the customer's banking institution. This policy is drafted under the consumer protection legislation, reminding that the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
