¿El bordado hace que la colcha sea rígida o áspera?

• ¡Para nada! Al contrario. Al usar una microfibra pre-lavada, el tejido pierde toda la rigidez inicial. El bordado aporta cuerpo y elegancia visual, pero al tacto es una caricia.

Para primavera/otoño, ¿este relleno será suficiente o pasaré frío?

• Es el equilibrio ideal. Tiene un relleno de 100 gramos, el gramaje estándar de entretiempo. Te da ese “abrigo justo” sin resultar pesado. Además, si eres de los que cuida la estética, queda preciosa puesta encima de un edredón más grueso en los meses de frío extremo.

¿Cómo se mantiene este tejido con los lavados? ¿Se estropeará el bordado?

• Esa es la ventaja de la microfibra de alta calidad de Don Algodón. Es muy resistente y el bordado está diseñado para mantener su estructura. Además, al ser pre-lavada, apenas se arruga y seca muy rápido. Estará impecable en tiempo récord.

• 100% polyester.

• Normal wash at 30ºC.
• Do not bleach.
• Delicate tumble dry.
• Do not iron.
• Do not dry clean.

Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of return. For this process to be carried out effectively, the following conditions are established:

Product and packaging condition

For a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Essential requirement: The item must retain its original packaging, labels, and intact accessories. Depreciation: In the event that the product is returned without its original packaging or shows signs of handling beyond the mere verification of its good condition and functioning, the item will suffer a depreciation in its value. Refusal of return: The company reserves the right to refuse a return in cases where the product shows significant damage, lacks fundamental parts, or is in a state that prevents it from being sold as a new item.

Management and processing fees

The user is informed that, as a concept of operational and administrative management expenses for the return, a fixed amount of €2 (two euros) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Refund procedure

Once the merchandise has been received at our facilities and after verifying that it complies with the conditions described above, the corresponding amount (minus the aforementioned €2) will be credited using the same payment method used in the initial purchase. The time it takes for the credit to be reflected will depend on the customer's banking institution. This policy is drafted under the consumer protection legislation, reminding that the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
