Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of return. For this process to be carried out effectively, the following conditions are established:

Product and packaging condition

For a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Essential requirement: The item must retain its original packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Depreciation: In the event that the product is returned without its original packaging or shows signs of handling beyond the mere verification of its good condition and functioning, the item will suffer a depreciation in its value. Refusal of return: The company reserves the right to refuse a return in cases where the product shows significant damage, lacks fundamental parts, or is in a condition that prevents its sale as a new item.

Management and processing fees

The user is informed that, for operational and administrative management costs of the return, a fixed amount of €2 (two euros) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Refund procedure

Once the merchandise is received at our facilities and after verifying that it complies with the conditions described above, the corresponding amount (minus the aforementioned €2) will be credited using the same payment method used in the initial purchase. The period for the credit to be reflected will depend on the customer's bank. This policy is drafted under consumer protection legislation, reminding that the consumer is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
