For a full refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Essential requirement: The item must retain its original packaging, labels, and accessories intact. Management and processing fees

The user is informed that, for operational and administrative return management costs, a fixed amount of €2 (two euros) will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.

Once the merchandise is received at our facilities and after verifying that it complies with the conditions described above, the corresponding amount (minus the aforementioned €2) will be credited using the same payment method used in the initial purchase. The time it takes for the credit to appear will depend on the customer's banking institution.
