How to measure yourself?

1. Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just under your armpits, keeping the tape measure horizontal and not too tight.

2. Waist or Hip (depending on the model)
Measure the circumference at the lowest part of the garment, usually at the waist or hip, depending on the design. Do this at the widest part if it is for sweatshirts or long polo shirts.

⚠️NOTE
The measurements indicated for the chest, waist, or hip are taken with the garment laid flat on a smooth surface. To get the total circumference, multiply the measurement by two.

Please note that garments may have slight variations due to factors such as the manufacturing process, fabric elasticity, or product finish.
