How to measure yourself?

1. Chest
Measure around the fullest part of your chest, just below the armpits, keeping the tape measure horizontal and not too tight.

2. Waist or Hip (depending on the style)
Measure around the lowest part of the garment, usually at the waist or hip, depending on the design. For sweaters or long polos, measure around the widest part.

⚠️NOTE
The measurements indicated for the chest, waist or hip are taken with the garment laid flat on a smooth surface. To get the total circumference, multiply the measurement by two.

Please note that garments may have slight variations due to factors such as the manufacturing process, fabric elasticity or product finish.
